OK, I was going to say, "Let me be the first to offer my congratulations," but while I was thinking of a warm and witty way to do that, Elizabeth jumped in line ahead of me.
All I can say is that this kid is so lucky to have you and Jason as parents and Maizie as a big sister!

In my mind, the last part is pronounced "Part Deux" just because I think it's even more awesome that way.
